Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy

All sales are final and no refunds will be given. Replacements are available if substrates are unused. Photo evidence is required in order to issue a replacement. Items will be inspected upon arrival. Products must be used within 30 days of delivery date in order to request a replacement. To initiate a replacement, email us at themushroomchamp@gmail.com

IMPORTANT: The Mushroom Champ products are only intended for microscopy research purposes. None of our products are meant for human consumption. We have the right to deny the sale of any product for any reason. Please check with your local laws and regulations before purchasing any cultures, spores, or substrates. Shipping Policy

We can currently ship to any address within the United States. Products are not currently shipped internationally. When you place an order online, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the shipping option you choose and the availability of items.

Please note that shipping rates are weight and size-based. A handling fee is applied in addition to the shipping fee.

Also note that live culture products will not be shipped to California, Georgia, or Idaho due to state regulations.
