Penis Envy 3 was first released by Shroomery/Mycotopia/Nook user RodgerRabbit (RR) back in 2001 and randomly circulated on ADM (unknown acronym) because of the lack of printability of the original Penis Envy culture. Penis Envy is said to be isolated from the Amazonian rainforest credited to both Terence McKenna and Steven Pollock in the 1970’s and stabilized by Rich Gee (Richard Guitierrez aka Mr. G).
